• Unpacking Video From Start To End (Without Pause) Is Mandatory For Raising The Replacement Request. How To Make Unpacking Video? Start Camera > Show All Sides Of The Package > Show Lable > Open Parcel.

• Every Product Is Properly Checked And Inspected Under CCTV Camera Before Shipping.

• Exchange Request Should Be Raised Within 48 Hrs/2 Days Of Delivery On WhatsApp Us (Sit Back And Relax, No Need To CALL).

• We Might Ask For Initial Unpacking Video From Start to End, We Reserve all Rights To Not To Accept Return Request In Case Video is Not Provided and Defect is Not Proved In The Video.

• Reverse Pickup Facility Is Not Available, Customer Have To Ship The Product Back To Us. Shipping Expense Will Be Credited By Us (Only In Case Of Product Mismatch).
